2. Shipping

Most items are shipped UPS Ground from Mechanicville NY, however there are some exceptions. Always call for specific times and pricing.

3. Payment Methods

Payment is accepted by Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All orders are subject to 50% deposit at the time the order is placed with balance due when the order is shipped. Purchase orders with net terms are accepted for qualified government/school accounts with approved credit. All account terms are at the discretion of the DC Sports accounting department. 4. Taxes

Some states require that we collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt, we must have a copy of your exempt status on file to avoid adding tax to your order. Please call us with any questions.

5. Re-Orders

We are happy to place a re-order of your design, however pricing may change depending if sale prices were offered on the initial order, and how long after the initial order the re-order is placed. Minimum quantities may apply. Please call us for information on re-orders.

6. Return Policy

Customized Items: Because these are custom made items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, or incorrectly chosen and ordered styles or designs. If we have sent you a size different from the size you ordered, misprinted the design, or the item is defective, we will accept returns, however, ALL returns must be authorized by DC Sports. Please call 518-665-0370 to corroborate any returns through UPS, and to receive a return authorization number from DC Sports. ANY unauthorized returns will not be accepted


Non – Customized Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, DC Sports will accept returns. After 14 days, returns are not accepted unless from Factory defects.

All Unworn shoes that are being returned need to be returned in the original shoebox.

All defective shoes will need to be called into our Customer Service Dept. for replacement. Replacements are subject to availability. If the item you requested for replacement is no longer available, another option will be offered to you or a credit will be issued on your account.

Normal Wear and Tear is not warranted on any merchandise

7. Terms & Conditions

The prices and information on our website are meant as a guide only. All prices are subject to change without notice. We have made every attempt to establish accurate pricing, however circumstances beyond our control may dictate changes. In the event of an inaccuracy or change, we reserve the right to correct the copy or pricing, to reflect actual pricing or copy.

All of our orders are double checked before shipped. If you feel that part of your order is missing or unacceptable, please contact us within 48 hours.

Sizes are not warranted. If you are curious to approximate size, please call us for measurements.

Customers will be sent an email containing the final version of the artwork to be printed or embroidered. Printing or embroidery will not begin until the customer proofs this version and approves it.
