1. Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. There is a low minimum of only 3 for embroidering garments.
2. What is your turn around time?
Usually 2 – 3 weeks although we do offer rush services depending on the item.
3. Do you offer art services?
Yes. We have a creative in-house art staff and a large selection of designs to choose from.
4. Can I see an embroidered proof?
All artwork is sent to you via e-mail for customer approval before any job is printed.
5. Is the Embroidery done on the premises?
DC Sports has 30,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and production area, where our work is done in-house.
6. What are the factors involved in determining the price of Embroidery?
Quantity of items, number of locations embroidered (left chest, sleeve, etc.), and stitch count.
7. What is the standard size for left chest logo?
A standard left chest logo is 3 ¾” wide x 2“ tall. We will size your design appropriately based on our experience and all embroidery is approved by the customer before production.
8. What if my logo requires more than the standard stitch count?
Most logos will usually only require up to 10,000 stitches. If by chance your logo requires more than that, we will contact you if additional costs apply.
9. Can I combine different style garments for my order?
Yes, so long as the same design is used to meet the minimum of 3.
10. Can I receive a blank sample of a product before placing my order?
Yes, we simply ask that you pay for the garment cost and freight.
11. How do I send you my logo?
The easiest way is through e-mail. You can provide us with camera ready artwork, digital files in .eps, .wmf, .ai, or PDF formats, or we can create a design for you.
