Does my organization qualify for an Online Store?

Because of the extensive set-up time and expense required to decorate garments, we do have set minimums an organization needs to meet. To see if your organization qualifies for an online store, please contact us and a representative will be happy to help you.

How does an Online Store work?

If your store qualifies, a representative from your organization co-ordinates with DC Sports to create the Online Store. Products and logos are selected and approved by your organizations representative. Each store is opened for a window of time, which is decided on by the organization. (Usually 1-2 weeks) When a store closes, we then batch all of the orders for that store together for decorating purposes. All items will be complete within approx. 3-5 weeks of a store closing.

How does the Online Store work for fundraising?

Many organizations set up stores to take advantage of fundraising opportunities for their program. When the fundraising option is chosen, a portion of each sale goes back to the program. Each program creates their own mark-up amount over their set costs. If fundraising is not a desired option, we will sell items at your organizations costs.

What are my payment options?

Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by Check. Ordering online is the most convenient way to order, however if ordering by Check, you must call your order in to 518-665-0370. You may also place a Credit Card order over the phone (518)-665-0370 or via email at [email protected].

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For orders being picked up at a destination chosen by your organizations representative, shipping is included and the order should be picked up with them. If shipping to an individual is requested or required, your shipping fee, if any, will be indicated upon check out, and your order will be shipped directly to you. Please be sure to choose the correct option when checking out. If you do not specify, UPS ground will be used and added to your bill.

What is your return policy?

Customized Items: Because these are custom made items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, or incorrectly chosen and ordered styles or designs. If we have sent you a size different from the size you ordered, misprinted the design, or the item is defective, we will accept returns, however, ALL returns must be authorized by DC Sports. Please call 518-665-0370 to corroborate any returns through UPS, and to receive a return authorization number from DC Sports. ANY unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Customized Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, DC Sports will accept returns. After 14 days, returns are not accepted unless for Factory defects.

All Unworn shoes that are being returned need to be returned in the original shoebox.

All defective shoes will need to be called in to our Customer Service Dept. at 518-665-0370for replacement. Replacements are subject to availability. If the item you requested for replacement is no longer available, another option will be offered to you or a credit will be issued on your account.

Normal Wear and Tear is not warranted on any merchandise.

What happens if my order is back-ordered?

When a store is opened, all items offered are checked for availability. When a store closes, all of the orders are batched to be printed together. Occasionally an item that was available when the store was opened, is no longer available by the time the store closes. When this happens, it will be up to the discretion of DC Sports whether to print the entire batch and refund the customer(s) whose order was back-ordered, or to hold off on the printing of the entire store to wait for the back-ordered item(s), if receipt of them is expected within a reasonable time frame, or was an item that the majority of people ordered.
